-We shop wholesale lenders (lenders that don't have Loan Originators of their own and rely on brokers, like us, to send them business) on your behalf to find the one providing the best offer at any given time for your scenario

-We take an application, pull credit, and submit the loan to a wholesale lender - you always work and communicate directly with us, never the lender

-We add our fee, which is already built into any offer you receive from us, and lock the rate
